Answer customer messages as a team, from one screen.

Su Sağlık Panel brings your business's WhatsApp messages into one shared inbox. Who is handling each conversation, and how long the customer has been waiting, is visible at all times.

Runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).

A sample view of the Su Sağlık Panel screen, drawn with fictional data: the inbox, an open conversation, a customer card and a team note.

Product

One shared inbox, a clear division of work.

The panel gathers the messages that arrive on WhatsApp into the team's shared inbox. Who is handling a conversation, what it is about and the customer's history with the business all sit on the same screen.

The numbers match the marked areas in the sample view above.

  1. Clear who is handling it

A staff member takes on a conversation by selecting “I'll take it”, and everyone on the team can see who is on it. If needed, someone else can take the conversation over. The list shows how long each customer has been waiting.

  2. Topic labels and request types

Conversations are sorted by topic labels and request types. Even when the inbox gets busy, it is clear where each message belongs.

  3. The customer card sits beside the conversation

The customer's history with the business sits right next to the conversation. There is no need to switch to another screen to look at it before replying.

  4. Team notes never reach the customer

Notes that only the team can see are added beside the conversation; these notes are never sent to the customer. When a note is deleted, who deleted it is recorded.

How it works

From number to reply in three steps.

Customers write on WhatsApp just as they always have; the team sees the messages in the panel and replies.

  1. Step 1

The number is connected through Meta

The business's WhatsApp number is connected to the panel through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).

  2. Step 2

    Messages arrive in the panel

A message the customer sends on WhatsApp lands in the shared inbox, in front of the team.

  3. Step 3

    The team replies

The person who has taken on the conversation writes the reply in the panel; the customer sees it in WhatsApp as usual.
