This website and Su Sağlık Panel are operated by the business owner named below. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to this business.

2. What this site is
susaglik.com is an information website about Su Sağlık Panel. Su Sağlık Panel is software that brings the WhatsApp messages a business receives from its customers into one shared inbox through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), so the team can answer them together.
On this site:
- no online sales take place,
- no payments are taken,
- no user accounts are created; you do not need to sign up or log in to use the site.
3. Writing to us
You can write to us on WhatsApp or by email. To keep conversations comfortable and safe for everyone, we ask you to:
- be respectful;
- not send other people’s personal data (for example someone else’s name, phone number or photo);
- not share sensitive information that your question does not need (for example ID numbers, bank or card details, passwords).
We may not reply to messages that are insulting, threatening or harassing.
4. Use of the panel inside the business
How staff use Su Sağlık Panel is governed by the business’s own internal rules.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the texts and illustrations on this site, as well as the Su Sağlık name and logo, belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You are welcome to view the pages for personal use and to link to this site.
WhatsApp and Meta are registered trademarks of their respective owners. The typefaces on this site are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
6. Meta and WhatsApp
Su Sağlık Panel works through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. When you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms of service and privacy policy also apply.
Pages that belong to Meta and WhatsApp are governed by those companies’ own terms; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Limitation of liability
The information on this site is general information and is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors. We also do not guarantee that the site will always be available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of the information on this site. This does not affect any liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence).
